The website provides the possibility of:

8. Payment methods
Payments can be made via:

11. Right of withdrawal & cancellation
- For membership subscriptions, there is no withdrawal after their activation.
- For participation in scientific events, the following cancellation policy applies:
- Up to 30 days before the event: full refund.
- Up to 15 days before: partial refund (50%).
- Less than 15 days before or after the start: no refund.
12. Refund policy
In case of cancellation within the stipulated deadlines, the refund will be made using the same payment method within 14 days of notification of the cancellation.
13. Personal data protection
EEOGA-NPMK collects and processes personal data exclusively for:
- maintaining a member register,
- executing transactions (subscriptions, participations),
- communication and information about scientific activities,
- issuing certificates of participation.
The processing is governed by the General Data Protection Regulation (EU 2016/679 – GDPR).
14. Applicable Law – Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Greek Law. The Courts of Athens are exclusively competent for any dispute.
